Last night I attended the Hollywood Weekly Magazine cocktail party at Bar 210 in Beverly Hills. To say it was incredible would be an understatement. I met a ton of great people in the industry which is so important. It truly is about who you know. Above is a picture from the photoshoot I shared with you all a few months back. It's awesome seeing how the pictures turned out after seeing them shot in person. They're all beautifully photographed and styled to perfection. I felt so bold wearing lace tights.. they're the perfect way to transform a plain simple outfit into something daring. I had my internship yesterday and the above picture is one of the displays I did in the music section of our store. Seriously love interning at this store.. it's amazing!! I also started a new class yesterday called streetstyle. I can tell it's going to be an awesome class. I've already learned so much within the first day. We talked about how music influences fashion; about the zoot suits, the grunge look, the bikers, the beats.. It is so fun learning about why certain styles started and how. Fashion facinates me!

I was so excited to finally wear this outfit today! I bought these shorts last weekend and I've been waiting to wear them until today, when I have my internship. I've been in love with them since the moment I saw them. I don't usually wear prints like flowers, but for some reason I fell in love. Went for the red lipstick yet again today. Just happened to go with my outfit.

Today at my internship, I basically re-did the whole kids area of our store. So above is one of the displays I did.

Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday. It's been a long week.

Today I had my internship. I got to do another display table and I took some pictures this time. It's fun being able to put your creativeness to work :) There's a fashion show on Saturday being held at the store I intern at so I'm going to work in the store that day. I'm hoping I accomplish some networking considering a ton of local top magazine such as 944 are going to be there. I can't wait! It's going to be so exciting.
